Cancellation and Refund Policy

At NISHA CORPORATION, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible, and therefore maintain a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Please read the following carefully:

  1. Order Cancellations

    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.

    • However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.

  2. Non-Cancellable Items

    • NISHA CORPORATION does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food items, etc.

    • However, a refund or replacement may be issued if the customer can establish that the delivered product was of poor quality.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product.

    • The request will be processed after the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue at their end.

  4. Product Not as Expected

    • If you believe the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receipt.

    • After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.

  5. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

    • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues should be directed to the respective manufacturer as per their warranty terms.

  6. Refunds

    • In the event a refund is approved by NISHA CORPORATION, it will be processed within 2 business days from the approval date.
