Cancellation and Refund Policy
At NISHA CORPORATION, we believe in helping our customers as much as possible, and therefore maintain a liberal cancellation and refund policy. Please read the following carefully:

Order Cancellations

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.

However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the shipping process.

Non-Cancellable Items

NISHA CORPORATION does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food items, etc.

However, a refund or replacement may be issued if the customer can establish that the delivered product was of poor quality.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receiving the product.

The request will be processed after the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue at their end.

Product Not as Expected

If you believe the product received is not as shown on the site or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service Team within 2 days of receipt.

After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision.

Manufacturer Warranty Claims

For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues should be directed to the respective manufacturer as per their warranty terms.

Refunds

In the event a refund is approved by NISHA CORPORATION, it will be processed within 2 business days from the approval date.
